I decided to write this post after seeing a mental health movement on Instagram. In one of my posts on Instagram I touched based on how I myself have anxiety and depression but in this blog post I would like to go more in depth with it. I first discovered that I had anxiety and depression when I was a junior in high school. I remember not wanting to go to school over the silliest and smallest things and would find myself laying around in bed for days at a time and that was when my parents took me into see someone. Anxiety and depression can happen to anyone at anytime and most people aren’t even certain of what is happening to them or why they are feeling the way that they are. Anxiety and depression can be caused by so many things such as a major life change, or a loss or a death of someone as well as a traumatic experience. My anxiety and depression personally comes from life changes and it can really affect me. I found out I had anxiety and depression 7 years ago now so I have had plenty of trial and error as to what has worked for me and what hasn’t worked so much. This post is really just an intro on the mental health topic as it is a new subject being introduced on my blog site. I’m very passionate and happy to start talking about the “untalkable” and I really hope that you yourself can get something out of my posts on this must needed to be talked about topic!
